Please see full scope of work attached. Roofing project includes the following
1) Remove existing roof down to the structure deck (Valleys + Sloped Roofs)
2) Install (1) layer of 1.2" polyisocyanurate insulation to sloped roofs + valleys - mechanically attached
3) Install tapered insulation between drains at valleys to help improve water drainage
4) Install wood framing over existing substrate at vertical wall skylights and encapsulate with 3/4" plywood and 60mil TPO. TPO to be fully adhered at vertical walls
5) Remove existing terra cotta at the south + eastern parapet walls and install new wood blocking and 24ga perimeter metal w/ continuous cleat |
